Location: Binh Phuoc is a province in the transitional region of the Central Highlands with the Southeast region, 110 km from Ho Chi Minh City to the northwest, adjacent to Cambodia with 240 km border line and Hoa Lu international border gate. Dong Xoai city is the provincial capital.

Area: 6,871.54 km2. Alkaline, alluvial, basalt soils are suitable for industrial crops and agriculture (rubber, cashew, pepper).
